Exporting a list of assets

From the asset inventory you are able to export a list of assets to a csv file or create a PDF report for a list of assets. These options are available from the export option on top of the asset inventory list.

This will bring up a modal window where you can choose between two different reports.

  1. The csv report will export the list of FILTERED assets to a csv file. It will respect the filter selection and only export the assets that are shown in the UI
  2. The PDF report is an export of ALL assets. This report can be limited to certain device labels but will not consider the asset selection in the UI. As such the generation of the PDF report can take a bit to be generated depending on the amount of assets in your instance.
