Highlights

Jira Integration

The new Jira Integration is a testament to Nanitor's commitment to streamlined cybersecurity project management. This enhancement enables users to establish a more fluid connection between Nanitor and Jira by facilitating the manual creation and linking of Jira tickets directly from projects or individual issues. We will incorporate automation capabilities allowing users to set up rules for automatic Jira ticket creation in the near future. Whether you want to focus on high-priority issues or specific labels, the Jira integration offers a tailored approach to keep vulnerability management as efficient and effective as possible.

Benchmark Transparency Between CIS and Nanitor Rules:

We have enhanced the transparency between CIS and Nanitor rules in benchmarks. Users can now delve deeper into the intricacies of each rule by effortlessly differentiate the Nanitor benchmark rules from the gold-standard CIS benchmarks. We recognize the importance of transparency, and with this update, we are shedding light on the origin of each rule.

Agent Diagnostic Feature

Nanitor's Agent Diagnostic Feature is a significant stride towards proactive troubleshooting. We have removed the extra layer of manual intervention, enabling administrators to execute diagnostic checks directly through the agent. And while the Command Line Interface (CLI) command for this function is readily available, we are taking user convenience a notch higher with an upcoming User Interface (UI) integration. This means that very soon, with a simple click, administrators will be able to glean diagnostic information and relay it directly to Nanitor, making the troubleshooting process as seamless as it can be.

Label API

Label management in Nanitor has undergone a pivotal transformation with the introduction of the Label API. We have built avenues for our users to not just create labels but also synchronize them across various platforms by integrating Nanitor with other systems. Recognizing the diverse needs of our user base, we have also empowered users to script their unique logic, providing the flexibility to design and assign labels to devices as per individual or organizational requirements.
