Archiving Organizations
When you archive an organization, all licenses in use for that organization are removed from use, and all assets are orphaned. All data for that organization is removed.
You need to have System Administrator privileges to archive or create organizations. If no one in company has System Admin rights, please contact us to fix this.
The process for archiving an organization goes as follows:
- Log in to Nanitor with a System Administrative account.
- Ensure you are not in the organization you want to archive, and switch to another organization if necessary.
- Click on the gear and select System management

- Click on Organizations in the left navigation bar
- Find the organization you want to archive in the list of organizations and click on the three dots at the end of line
- click Archive
