Release Notes Summary - 3.6.0
As we continue to work towards our goal of having Nanitor exemplify our motto of vulnerability management made easy, several new features and improvements to existing ones were added in this release.
One of the key features we've added is a simplified asset state. This new asset state makes it easier for users to understand the full lifecycle of an asset.
Another major addition is the agent auto-upgrade feature. Previously, users had to manually request upgrades through the asset list page, but with this new feature, upgrades can be configured to be automatically requested when a new version is released via a setting in the UI.
This saves time and effort for users and helps them makes sure their Nanitor system is always up to date.
We've also redesigned the filtering mechanism in the UI, instead of filters being automatically applied every time a filter value changes, users now have to hit an apply button to make filters take effect. This makes if easier to apply multiple filters at once without having to wait for the page data to reload after each filter is set.
This provides users with a much better experience when filtering pages in Nanitor.
Additionally, we've improved the collector UI, offering users more information about the collector's state and what it's currently doing.
